New Hope Tutoring Centers
Schools in Bolivia run on a half-day schedule. The other portion of the day, children are often left alone, with their younger siblings while their parents are working. They are sometimes locked inside of the house or locked out and left out on the streets.
Bryan and Molly Canny saw this need and had a vision to give new hope to children in their lives. They brought together a team of Bolivians who are making a big impact on the disadvantaged children in their community. Their efforts are through their local churches. Each day a throng of kids leave public school and go to one of the three centers that have been established thus far. At the New Hope, New Life, Prince of Peace Tutoring Centers, they get help with their homework. There is one-on-one tutoring in Math, Reading, and more. They also are fed; they get healthy food for their bodies and their souls. The Gospel is part of the daily presentations that the children experience. And they are responding to Christ’s message of Hope and Love.
With the help of the Canny's, Bolivian directors and instructors have learned to develop and implement programs that help these children. That helps their local Evangelical churches to get involved with families who don’t yet know Christ. Many children are able to get the assistance they need to succeed in school, emerge from poverty, and live eternally with Christ.
Your donations help create a link between your church and the Tutoring Centers, and the Canny's. Together, we can expand the Gospel message to reach more Bolivians for Christ and equip new workers for His Harvest.
